Return and Refund Policy
Goods once sold are not returnable. However, if you receive a damaged product, we will provide a replacement for the damaged item. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a video of the unboxing of your order showing the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please send the video to contact.iyouveda@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
If the damaged product is out of stock, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method, including any shipping and handling fees.
