Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping for all orders over Rs.1000 within India. For orders under Rs. 1000, a flat shipping rate of Rs. 120 will be applied.

Shipping Times: We make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The estimated shipping times are as follows:

Please note that these are estimated shipping times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges for damaged items only. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. In order to process a return or exchange, we require a video of the damaged item. All returns and exchanges must be in their original packaging and unused.

Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
