Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to ship your order within 2-3 business days. However, please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We use third-party shipping services to deliver your order to you. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping service.

Return and Refund Policy

All of our handmade personal care products are carefully crafted and inspected before they are shipped to you. Goods once sold are not returnable. We'll only provide replacement in case of damaged product. And for that opening video will be required. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and provide a video of the unopened package showing the damage, and a video of the damaged product. We will review the video and send a replacement product if the damage is confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or our handmade personal care products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount you paid for your order.
